Our Properties

The 3-storey main building has a total of 20 guest rooms, a laundry facility, 96-seat lounge, 157-seat pub, a convenience / cold beer & wine store, 55-seat dining room, a huge commercial kitchen, guest lobby, offices and parking lot. It is over 14,000 sqft of prime commercial space on a very busy corner lot. Completely rebuilt in 1984 and on a rock solid foundation this building is one of the most beautiful properties in Dawson City. It has a mixture of electric baseboard heat for the guest rooms and oil/electric heat throughout the main floor with air-conditioning, a custom designed highly efficient hot water system that was recently installed and it also has propane service for the laundry facility and kitchen. The main floor has gorgeous antique tin ceilings averaging 12 feet high and big bright windows on the 2 main sides of the building. The extra long wooden boardwalk covers the entire 200 feet of frontage on the building that is located in the heart of the downtown core.

The main buildings restaurant and pub are almost completely separate from the main hotel and could be leased and operated as their own entity. The hotel’s annex and caleys buildings are also separate from the main building and would make great boutique hotels with in themselves.

The caley building was originally built in 1901 and was renovated in 1986 to house 12 gust rooms (8 deluxe rooms and 4 suites). It is a 2-storey building with big bright store front windows on the lower floor and cantilevered style bay windows on the upper floor. It is one of the last standing buildings in Dawson City with an early Edwardian architectural design. All of the guest rooms have high ceilings, a 3 or 4 piece washroom, fridges, television, phone and internet access. The lower suites feature a separate bedroom, and bathroom, with a large common and a private entrance, which gives them option to be used as small businesses or large 1 bedroom apartments. The upper rooms are all very large in size and have a 3-piece washroom, television, phone and internet access, they all feature a high ceiling ranging from 13-11.5 feet in height. A beautiful hallway connects the upper floor room and features a beautiful refinished antique wooden railing, staircase and wainscoting.

The annex building was originally constructed in 1944 and was retro fitted and renovated in 1986 and made into 10 separate guest rooms, it also has a small mechanical room at the rear of the building. All of the ground floor rooms are equal in size and have a 3-piece en-suite, television, phone, internet access. The building is a wood frame construction with a metal roof. It is 32' wide x 78' deep with electric baseboard heat and oil heated hot water. When it was renovated in 1986 the walls were built 12" thick and insulated for year-round operation. T-bar ceilings are found throughout most of the building as well as a mixture of overhead and wall-mounted lighting. The units could be converted into a rooming house, apartments or small boutique hotel with year-round operation.


The warehouse building dates back to the early 1900s and may eligible for a historic grant to cover some of the cost to repair the foundation, structure and exterior. For the right investor(s) this could be home to a very profitable business. 45'x80' Wearhouse that was used as storage for the business. 5000 sq/ft lot.


The cabins are adjacent to the main building of the hotel and have their own private entrances and parking. Both cabins were renovated in 1986. Electric baseboard heat and hot water in both units, each have a 3-piece bathroom. The 450-sqft log cabin was originally built in the 1960s and has a metal roof. It features a kitchenette with windows on 2 sides of the cabin giving it potential to be a great take-out style window on a very busy street.
