The 3-storey main building has a total of 20 guest rooms, a laundry facility, 96-seat lounge, 157-seat pub, a convenience / cold beer & wine store, 55-seat dining room, a huge commercial kitchen, guest lobby, offices and parking lot. It is over 14,000 sqft of prime commercial space on a very busy corner lot. Completely rebuilt in 1984 and on a rock solid foundation this building is one of the most beautiful properties in Dawson City. It has a mixture of electric baseboard heat for the guest rooms and oil/electric heat throughout the main floor with air-conditioning, a custom designed highly efficient hot water system that was recently installed and it also has propane service for the laundry facility and kitchen. The main floor has gorgeous antique tin ceilings averaging 12 feet high and big bright windows on the 2 main sides of the building. The extra long wooden boardwalk covers the entire 200 feet of frontage on the building that is located in the heart of the downtown core.
The main buildings restaurant and pub are almost completely separate from the main hotel and could be leased and operated as their own entity. The hotel’s annex and caleys buildings are also separate from the main building and would make great boutique hotels with in themselves.
